We're on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a high-volume pub in Ipswich.
Known for its quality pub classics, weekly specials, and vibrant atmosphere, we need a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a motivated team.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy pub or similar venueStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage stock, control costs, and maintain kitchen standardsPassion for quality food, consistency, and presentationFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operationsDevelop and execute seasonal menus and specialsLead, train,



and inspire a small team of chefs and kitchen handsEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standardsMaintain cost control, ordering, and stock management
