You will work hand-in-hand with the Growth Product Lead and CTO to build, launch, and iterate on product experiences that fuel our company's growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven full-stack developer who excels at rapid experimentation and enjoys working in a quick-paced, high-impact environment.What you'll be doingFull-Stack Development for GrowthBuild, optimize, and maintain features focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retentionDevelop front-end interfaces (React, Tailwind CSS, etc.) and back-end services (Node.js, Express, AWS)Maintain and improve continuous integration/deployment pipelinesExperimentation & Data AnalysisDesign, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to drive key metrics (signups, conversions, referrals, etc.)Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate analytics tools, track performance,
