and ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all areas of the venue.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations and performance of the Pearl RoomDeliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold service standardsLead, coach and motivate team members during serviceEnsure operational excellence, venue presentation and compliance requirementsAssist with labour management, stock control and achieving business goalsAbout YouPrevious leadership experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisor rolePrevious experience in VIP service desiredExcellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsTo Be Successful, You'll NeedA current Approved Manager's License or willingness to obtain oneFull availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidaysHold full Australian working rightsOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
