ECi Executive is partnering with an established civil contractor following the confirmation of a major current infrastructure project in Perth’s northern suburbs.

We are seeking HSE professionals across various levels of experience to join the project team, with opportunities available on a 5:2 roster. This is an chance to join a significant civil infrastructure project from the early stages, with previous Main Roads WA (MRWA) project experience essential.

The Role
Support HSE delivery across a major civil infrastructure project
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
Support project teams with HSE systems, procedures and compliance
Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
Work closely with site leadership, supervisors and subcontractors
Promote solid safety standards across active civil construction works




Ensure works are delivered in line with project and MRWA requirements

About You
Previous Main Roads WA (MRWA) project experience – essential
HSE experience within civil construction or infrastructure
Knowledge of road construction and associated high-risk activities
Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and site-based HSE requirements
Confident working alongside construction teams, supervisors and subcontractors
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant HSE / WHS qualifications
