Crown Resorts is seeking a seasoned sales and relationship skilled to manage a portfolio of premium guests, driving loyalty and revenue within a fast-paced casino setting.

You will collaborate with marketing, VIP services, gaming, hotels and F&B; to deliver tailored experiences, host premium guests at events, and maintain guest profiles in Salesforce and SYCO.

5–8 years in casino sales, robust negotiation and a customer-first mindset are essential; a bachelor’s in business is preferred.
