Rycon is looking for a Project Administrator to join the team. This role offers a genuine industry chance with real responsibility from day one, primarily focused on project administration and general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
Setting up and maintaining project files, records and documentation
Preparing and version controlling SWMS and site safety documentation from existing templates
Maintaining safety records including inductions, licences, tickets and competency tracking
Booking and managing site induction portals
Assisting with subcontractor documentation, insurances and compliance verification
Supporting the operations director and project managers with day to day project coordination
Assisting with client and site correspondence
Collecting and checking site timesheets for payroll processing
Scheduling meetings and taking minutes when required
Handling incoming calls and correspondence and providing administration support to the manufacturing team, project managers and senior management
About you
Graduate in construction management, project management, WHS, or a related field
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Explicit written and verbal communication with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
Ability to work independently and prioritise under pressure
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and mindset, with a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
Approachable and personable, with the ability to build good working relationships
Experience with MS Office and business systems (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) an advantage
