Technical Lead JD Roles and responsibilities • Design and develop systems to support business and technical requirements in CRM platform • Work with customer stakeholder to analyse business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with clients on operational uses of the CRM platform • Responsible for owning and delivering software enhancements, minor projects, defect resolutions and integration of features in Dynamics 365 • Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions across technologies.

• Good understanding of SSRS and CRM Reports • Good understanding of integrations with Dynamics CRM • Azure tools and technologies • Power platform exposure is a must have with strong experience in power automate, canvas app/Model driven apps Optional Qualifications • MS Dynamics CE experience (Certifications a plus).
• Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .
