No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Act as L3 escalation point for complex DNS incidents impacting production services Diagnose and resolve critical DNS outages, performance degradation, and security issues Provide expert support for authoritative and recursive DNS infrastructures Work closely with L1/L2 teams, NOC, and Core Network teams to restore services quickly Deep troubleshooting of BIND Perform DNS protocol level analysis Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents
