The Role: Practice Manager

This is a pivotal role within the firm, responsible for overseeing operations, improving internal processes, and supporting the leadership team to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day practice operations and workflow management
Manage and support administrative and accounting staff
Drive improvements across internal systems and processes (including XPM, FYI, Ignition,



and other platforms)
Coordinate workflow across Business Services, SMSF, and advisory functions
Support bookkeeping, BAS, IAS, and tax planning processes at a high level
Assist with resourcing, team structure, and addressing gaps (particularly at junior levels)
Act as a central point of coordination between partners, staff, and clients

You will bring:
Proven experience within a public practice accounting workplace
Strong understanding of workflow, compliance processes, and practice operations
Experience with systems such as XPM, FYI, Ignition (or similar)
Confidence working closely with partners and influencing internal change
A hands-on, adaptable approach—happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
Excellent organisational and communication skills
