About the role

WhiteWater Marine is seeking an experienced Marine Boat Fitter to join our team in Ashmore, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled labourer, or someone willing to learn and be trained.

What you'll be doing
Fitting of new engines
Fitting of marine electronics
Water Testing of product
Pre delivery of new engines
Wiring and accessories installation

What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Marine Boat Fitter or similar role within the trades and services industry
Strong technical skills and knowledge of boat construction, materials, and repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work




Positive communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others
