Support clients in attending appointments, social events, or community activities.
Encourage and assist with joining social or recreational groups.
Help with planning and using public transport if needed.
Help build independence and confidence.
Observe and record participant progress, concerns, or changes in health or behavior.
Report incidents or concerns to supervisors or relevant specialists.
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
Promote a sense of belonging, inclusion, and well-being.
Work according to the participant’s NDIS goals and individualized support plan.
Collaborate with allied health professionals, family, and coordinators as needed.
Ensure participant dignity, privacy, and rights are always respected.
Follow safeguarding, duty of care, and NDIS Code of Conduct guidelines
