About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at IGA Officer. In this role, you will help with day-to-day store operations and provide friendly service to our customers.

This position is suitable for someone who is proactive, honest, able to work in a rapid-paced setting, and willing to learn different areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
Refill shelves and ensure stock is well presented
Check product quality, dates and freshness
Assist with cleaning and maintaining store presentation
Help with receiving stock and unpacking deliveries
Follow store procedures, food safety and hygiene standards
Support the team with general store duties as required
