About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining operation to source a Talent Acquisition Advisor for an end-to-end recruitment role covering site-based white collar and blue collar positions. This is a great opportunity for a TA qualified who enjoys variety, moving across a broad mix of roles and working closely with site leadership to build out their workforce.
This is a hybrid role based from Brisbane, working a one week on site, one week in Brisbane roster. It’s offered as a 6 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a broad mix of site-based white collar and blue collar roles
Partner with site leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a range of channels
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
Support compliance and onboarding processes ahead of candidate start dates
Contribute to workforce planning and continuous improvement of the TA function
About You
Proven experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within mining, resources, or another operational industry
Comfortable recruiting across both white collar and blue collar roles
Confident building relationships with site leadership and hiring managers
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple live roles at once
Adaptable and comfortable with a hybrid site and Brisbane-based roster
