Senior Account Manager

We are working closely with a global Professional Services and Technology Solutions provider who have rapid expansion plans within the Australian market.

n

Due to their growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Account Manager.

n

You will have a proven track record of driving current business and growing key client relationships across Contact Centre, CX, Unified Communications, Modern Workplace, Networking, and Cyber Security solutions.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Win new business and grow existing accounts.
n
Manage RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
n
Develop proposals and present tailored technology solutions.
n
Build strong relationships with key C-Suite stakeholders and decision-makers
n
Lead contract renewals and account growth strategies.
n
Run client roadmap and innovation sessions.
n




Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records.
n
Achieve revenue and margin targets.
n

About You

n

n
10+ years' experience in technology sales or account management.
n
Proven success selling CX, Contact Centre, UCaaS, Networking, Modern Workplace, or Cyber Security solutions.
n
Solid commercial, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
n
Skilled in value-based, consultative selling.
n
Track record of exceeding sales targets.
n
