This is a full time Store Manager position working a Tuesday to Saturday roster, with a proposed salary of $65,700 + super + clothing allowance with other incentives and benefits.

Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.

Brand Ambassadorship Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
Actively promote the boutique within the local community.
Customer Building Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.
Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
