Key responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
General administration and data entry
Assisting the sales and property management teams
Preparing documents and completing basic office tasks
Keeping reception and common areas tidy
Light office cleaning and maintaining a professional office environment
Providing friendly and professional customer service

Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people
Reliable and punctual
Well presented and professional
Organised with positive attention to detail
Comfortable answering phones and dealing with customers
Willing to learn and take direction
A positive team player
Motivated to build a career and develop new skills
Previous real estate experience is not required
