We are an expanding Specialist Practice providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations and are looking for a highly organised, friendly secretary to join our team.

Whilst medical reception experience is highly regarded, applicants with outstanding administration skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
First point of contact, to provide an outstanding level of customer service on the telephone or in person.
Effective management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence, and accounts
Schedule and manage of patient appointments.
Co-ordinate referrals, scans, test results and other medical reports as required during patient's treatment
Liaise with other specialists and healthcare professionals
Management of patient invoicing and receipting of consultations (Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, third party)
Complete end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
Editing and sending letters

High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Previous experience working with Clinic to Cloud software is highly regarded
Initiative and a pro-active attitude
A problem solver who can think outside the square
Excellent people skills to relate well to patients, staff and health care professionals
