The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Accommodation Services Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, foster a culture of excellence, and build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners across the Gippsland region.
This is a vital leadership role supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, ensuring they receive exceptional, personalised care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across your portfolio, ensuring seamless service deliveryLead, mentor, and develop a passionate team committed to quality careEnsure clients achieve their goals through personalised plans that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeingBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organisations,



and stakeholdersResponding to incidents and feedback in a timely mannerSupport the development and review of care plans and documentationEnsure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
What Success Looks Like:
Clients and their families feel supported, engaged and respectedSupport workers are confident, capable and well supportedRostering and operational processes run smoothly
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven leadership experience in community services, disability, or aged care; ideally within NDISQualifications in Community Services, Management, Business, or related fields are desirableA passion for delivering person-centred, high-quality supportStrong team-building skills and a track record of developing high-performing teamsProven operational performance management skills in alignment with performance targets and KPIs.
Additional Requirements:
Current National Police CheckNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)Evidence of current work rights in Australia
