You will lead ECI estimating, liaise with clients, partners and subcontractors, and apply first-principles methods to utility projects, particularly water and wastewater.You will bring a mechanical or electrical engineering qualification, 7+ years of estimating leadership in a tier 1 environment, strong communication, and experience pricing large and small projects.
