Fuse Recruitment is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to own the QA function in a large‐scale meat manufacturing site in Western Sydney.
You will lead QA across two shifts, coach on-floor teams and drive food safety, quality and continuous improvement.
The role reports to senior operations leadership, involves managing audits with BRC/SQF and major retailers, and working closely with Production and Engineering to embed quality into daily production.
