We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow an established Queensland territory.
This is a proactive sales role for someone who enjoys getting out into the market, meeting businesses, opening doors and turning conversations into long-term client relationships.
You'll promote training solutions that genuinely help businesses develop their people, including traineeships, apprenticeships, leadership programs, online training and skills assessment services.
You'll be a great fit if you:
Love meeting people and building relationships
Are proactive, driven and comfortable developing new business
Enjoy working towards targets and seeing results
Can manage and grow an existing client portfolio
Want to sell a product you can genuinely believe in
Experience in training, apprenticeships or workforce development is highly regarded, but not essential.
