Connect Staffing Group is seeking enthusiastic FIFO Utilities (All-Rounder) team members for casual and ongoing opportunities across regional WA mine sites. This is a outstanding chance to join a supportive team and enjoy the unique rewards of the FIFO lifestyle.

About the Role:

As a FIFO Utilities All-Rounder, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across mine sites, including:
Housekeeping & mine site cleaning
Kitchen, dining room, and bar/retail (RSA required)
Grounds work
Admin support
Health & Wellness Coaching support

Flexibility, a positive teamwork attitude, and a willingness to learn across multiple areas are essential.

Work conditions
FIFO from Perth, WA
12-hour shifts, day or night
Exposure to remote settings and extreme weather conditions

About You The ideal candidate will have:
FIFO or remote site experience (Essential)
National Police Clearance within the last 6 months (Essential)
Valid WA manual driver’s licence (Essential)




Fitness certificate (Essential for Health & Wellness Coaching support only)
Knowledge of INX Software (Essential for Admin/Utility only)
Food Handler’s Certificate
RSA
White Card
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Understanding of HACCP and food safety plans
Knowledge of protected work practices and safety protocols
