Do you enjoy helping people feel welcome and creating great guest experiences? We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team member to join our motel team as a Casual Guest Services Receptionist & All-Rounder.

About the Role

As one of the first faces our guests see, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Handle phone, email, and online reservations
Process payments, check-ins, and check-outs
Provide local information and recommendations about Horsham and the surrounding region
Maintain a neat, qualified, and guest-ready reception area

Additional Duties (during quieter periods at reception)
Strip beds and assist housekeeping staff as required
Wash, dry, and replenish dishes in guest rooms
Count and organise linen deliveries
Prepare breakfast order trays and deliver breakfast to guest rooms
Assist with general motel operations as needed

About You
Customer-focused with a positive and skilled attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




Enjoy working as part of a team
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Experience with RMS or other hotel reservation systems is preferred
Flexible and available to work weekends when required
Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential—we are happy to train the right person

The regular work days for this position are:
Friday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

There may also be opportunities to work additional shifts when covering for other team members who are unavailable.
