We are seeking a motivated Business Support Officer to join our
Infrastructure & Environment team.

About the role:
As our Business Support Officer, you'll play a key role in
supporting the Manager Engineering and Facilities and the wider
team, ensuring the smooth delivery of essential services and
projects that benefit our community.
No two days will be the same
in this varied and rewarding position.
What you'll be doing:
Provide high-level administrative and confidential support
to the business unit.
Coordinate correspondence, records and document management
activities.
Assist with tender administration and grant
applications.
Process road naming, road closure and crossover-related
applications.
Coordinate infrastructure requirements for community
events.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, residents, contractors
and external agencies.
What you'll bring to the role:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
applications.
Experience preparing agendas, minutes and professional
correspondence.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining
accuracy.
Pre-employment requirements:
Current C-Class Driver's Licence
National Police Clearance
Right to work in Australia
