About the role
We're looking for a proactive and product-minded
Growth Engineer
to join our team.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Growth Product Lead and CTO to build, launch, and iterate on product experiences that fuel our company's growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven full-stack developer who excels at rapid experimentation and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What you'll be doing
Full-Stack Development for Growth
Build, optimize, and maintain features focused on user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Develop front-end interfaces (React, Tailwind CSS, etc.) and back-end services (Node.js, Express, AWS)
Maintain and improve continuous integration/deployment pipelines
Experimentation & Data Analysis
Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to drive key metrics (signups, conversions, referrals, etc.)
Collaborate with product and data teams to integrate analytics tools, track performance, and identify growth opportunities




Use data insights to propose and prioritize experiments that will move the needle for user engagement
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Efforts
Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to rapidly prototype and launch new ideas
Communicate progress, results, and blockers with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines
Leverage feedback to iterate quickly and deliver effective, user-focused features
Infrastructure & Performance
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across all growth-related products
Monitor and optimize performance to deliver a smooth user experience
Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools for seamless deployments (e.g., AWS Fargate, Docker, GitHub Actions)
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices for growth engineering
Contribute ideas to enhance our development tooling, documentation, and overall engineering culture
Actively seek out ways to increase team efficiency, code quality, and reduce technical debt
Qualifications
6+ years
of full-stack development experience, preferably in rapid-paced startup environments
Proficiency
in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and AWS or similar cloud infrastructure
Experience
working with analytics and A/B testing frameworks,



plus a solid understanding of metrics/KPIs for growth
Strong collaboration
skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Data, Marketing)
Excellent communication
skills; able to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Growth mindset
with a relentless focus on improvement and experimentation
Familiarity
with CI/CD workflows, Docker, and GitHub Actions
Familiarity
with design tools (Figma, Storybook) and project management software (Linear, Notion, Slack) is a plus
Ability to
operate independently
in a remote-first environment, taking ownership of your work and driving it to completion
