Represent Trend Windows & Doors, a leader in the national building products industry, and take full responsibility for delivering a sustainable, profitable business in Queensland.
This senior leadership role has full P&L; accountability for revenue and EBITDA, including sales, service, and operational functions.
As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the business's overall strategy and direction while managing a large manufacturing plant and showrooms with just over 120 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive QLD sales growth and lead QLD operations.
Operational Excellence: Ensure safe, efficient operations with a focus on productivity and ROI.
People & Culture: Build engagement strategies that foster a premier performing culture.
Customer Service: Strengthen loyalty and deliver superior product performance.
Sales & Marketing: Implement strategic sales plans and promote a consultative sales culture.
Business Development: Drive continuous improvement aligned with group initiatives.
Systems & Controls:
Safeguard financial and physical assets in line with policies.
About You
Proven leader with multi-functional experience in a national organisation.
Expertise in operational excellence and lean methodologies.
Cooperative influencer with solid communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Customer-focused, systems-savvy, and resilient decision-maker.
Diploma or higher qualification in engineering/ materials or related discipline (Bachelor’s/Master’s desirable).
