We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, deliver engaging educational programs and contribute to the continued growth of our network of centres.

Key responsibilities
Plan, develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate early childhood education programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Observe and assess children’s learning, development and individual needs, and maintain learning documentation, developmental records and educational plans.
Create a secure,



inclusive and stimulating learning workplace that supports children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language and physical development.
Work collaboratively with educators, centre management and other team members.
Build positive relationships with children and communicate effectively with parents and families.
Support children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Contribute to continuous improvement and the overall educational quality of the centre.

Selection criteria
A recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
At least three years of full time relevant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
Chinese language skills.
