About the role

You'll be the main point of contact for our dental practices, assisting them with enquiries and helping ensure their laboratory work is managed smoothly from start to finish. We have multiple positions available

Key responsibilities
Answering phone calls, emails and general customer enquiries
Liaising with dentists, dental practices and their teams regarding laboratory work
Assisting customers with questions about cases, products, turnaround times and lab procedures
Following up on cases and keeping customers updated on progress
Assisting customers with case requirements, including identifying and resolving any issues or missing information
Coordinating with technicians to ensure customer requests and case requirements are clearly communicated
Managing customer concerns and helping find practical solutions
Providing updates on case status, delivery and turnaround times




Entering and updating case information accurately in our laboratory systems
Building and maintaining positive relationships with our dental practice clients

About you
Friendly, approachable and skilled
Confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email
Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries and cases at once
Detail-oriented, with a robust focus on accuracy
A confident problem solver who enjoys helping people
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team setting
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
Experienced in customer service, administration or the dental industry (preferred but not essential)
