Position Summary:
Proactively targets corporate, group/catering and MICE accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
Reactively manages incoming inquiries.
Implement sales strategies to achieve property's objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
Understands the overall market - competitors, economic trends, supply and demand etc
Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Ensures full focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships
Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, strong drive, and the ability to communicate openly and effectively.
About You:
2 Years + Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
Enthusiastic to escalate your career
Self-motivated, driven and energized in a rapid-paced environment
