About the Role
Lead practice quality across Victoria's Out of Home Care team from Geelong.
Reporting to the Regional Director Child, Youth & Families, you will coach teams, strengthen evidence-based practice and support better outcomes across foster care and residential care.
Full-time six-month max-term
, with a view to extend.
Duties
Lead and coach teams across foster and residential care programs
Strengthen client voice and participation in service delivery
Advise managers on legislation, standards and practice issues
Deliver training, clinical supervision and practice improvement support
Monitor quality, fidelity, risks, compliance and accreditation readiness
Skills & Experience
Psychology, Social Work or related tertiary qualification
Eligible for AASW or Psychology Board of Australia registration
Leadership experience in child protection or human services
Clinical supervision experience with social workers or psychologists
Current driver's licence and relevant probity checks
