'THE OPPORTUNITYHallmarc is growing and we're adding a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers across active retail, hospitality and commercial fitout projects nationwide.
This is a practical, delivery-focused coordination role - you'll work directly alongside our PMs to keep projects on program, trades on track and clients well informed.You'll be embedded in real projects from day one, coordinating schedules, documentation, supplier orders and site communications across multiple concurrent jobs.
You'll also liaise with our Gold Coast joinery factory to align manufacturing delivery with project timelines.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of construction or fitout coordination experience who wants to develop their career in a senior, experienced team that operates at a national level.

hospitality and commercial fitout projects nationallyMaintain project programs, schedules and trackers - keep information current and flag risks earlyCoordinate trade bookings, site access and logistics in line with project programsLiaise with the Gold Coast joinery factory to track manufacturing status and align delivery timelines with site programsManage procurement and supplier coordination - raise purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve shortagesPrepare and distribute project documentation: site instructions, variation registers, RFIs, defect lists and handover packsAssist in preparation of project programs using scheduling toolsClient & Stakeholder CommunicationMaintain clear and timely communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsAssist in preparing client-facing reports, progress updates and meeting minutesSupport the PM in managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycleBuild positive relationships with brand managers, property teams, architects and designersCompliance & AdministrationManage SWMS, induction registers, site safety records and Cm3 compliance documentationEnsure shopping centre and landlord compliance documentation is lodged and currentAssist with building permit applications, council submissions and certification coordinationMaintain project files and CRM/project management system records (Nexvia experience a bonus)RequirementsABOUT YOUEssential2-4 years' experience in a project coordination,
