Ampcontrol has just implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and we need an experienced finance systems professional who can step in quickly to support our post-go-live period.
This is a critical role focused on stabilising the system, resolving user issues, embedding new finance processes and ensuring our newly implemented F&O; environment runs effectively across the business.You will work closely with Finance, Digital and Transformation teams to provide urgent hands-on support during this important phase, helping users navigate the new system while strengthening controls, governance, reporting and day-to-day finance operations.We're open to candidates located anywhere across New South Wales, with occasional travel to our Tomago Head Office required.This opportunity is available on either a permanent or fixed-term contract basis.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Business Performance Lead, your immediate focus will be providing post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
You will troubleshoot issues, support finance users, improve system stability and help ensure the successful adoption of F&O; across Ampcontrol's finance environment.Key responsibilities include:Provide hands-on post-go-live support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, resolving user issues and improving system stabilityPartner with Finance, Digital and technical teams to support system improvements, testing, integrations and releasesMaintain finance system controls, workflows, governance, documentation and key configurationsSupport financial data integrity, reporting,
