The Great Aussie Bush Camp is seeking a motivated and reliable Catering Assistant to support our kitchen and dining operations at our Kindilan Camp.If you like variety, teamwork and hands on work, this could be the role for you.About the roleAs a Catering Assistant, you'll support the preparation and delivery of meals, assist with service, and help keep our kitchen and dining areas clean, organised and running smoothly.
You'll work closely with cooks and catering colleagues to create positive dining experiences for students, staff and guests.This is a practical, active role where no two shifts are the same and every contribution makes a difference.What you'll be doing Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Supporting meal service in a friendly and efficient way Maintaining clean and welcoming dining areas Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils and equipment Helping with setup, pack down and resetting service areas Following food safety,
