About the Role

We're seeking a calm, patient, and reliable NDIS Support Worker to support a participant with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Melton South area.

This is an ongoing role, currently anticipated as Monday, Wednesday and Friday, approximately 12:00pm–3:00pm (3-hour shifts). Exact days are still being confirmed with the participant, so some flexibility is a plus. There is strong potential for additional shifts as we grow.

You'll be supporting someone who thrives in a structured, calm, and predictable workplace, so a patient, consistent, and reassuring approach is essential. Building trust and routine over time is what makes this role work.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting community access and participation
Assisting with errands, appointments, and daily living tasks
Encouraging independence and building everyday life skills




Supporting positive routines and consistent structure
Providing calm, patient support around social and emotional engagement
Ensuring protected, positive experiences in the community

About You
Calm, patient, and genuinely reliable
Experienced supporting individuals with ASD (highly regarded)
Consistent and committed — someone who can show up week to week and build real rapport
Solid communication with a low-pressure, supportive approach
Holds a valid driver's licence and has a reliable vehicle

Requirements
Valid ABN (or willing to obtain) – subcontractor role
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR
Relevant experience in disability support
