Mass Resources is currently seeking experienced Skilled Plant Operators for ongoing prospects across civil, infrastructure, quarry, mining, and large-scale projects throughout South Australia.

We’re looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, know their plant and want to secure consistent, long-term work with reputable civil contractors.

Moxy / Dump Truck Operators – Entry-Level & Experienced
Front End Loader Operators

Roller Operators
Skid Steer Operators

About the Roles These opportunities will suit operators with experience across civil construction, major infrastructure, earthworks, roadworks, quarry, mining and subdivisions.

Depending on the position, you may be working across:




Bulk and detailed earthworks
Road construction and formation
Drainage and trenching
Material loading and movement
Site preparation and clean-up
General civil construction activities
Working alongside experienced civil crews and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience operating relevant plant within Tier 1, Tier 2 or large-scale civil infrastructure projects
Relevant operator tickets and licences
Current White Card
Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
Ability to work effectively as part of a civil crew
Reliable transport to and from site
Robust work ethic and attendance
Ability to pass required medical and drug & alcohol screening
Willingness to work across metro and/or regional projects where required
