Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar – Bulimba, Brisbane

We’re looking for an experienced Full time Bartender to join our team at Melrose Restaurant & Rooftop Bar.

Melrose is an award-winning, Chef-hatted contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant and rooftop bar in the heart of Bulimba. We pride ourselves on great drinks, warm professional service and a supportive team culture.

This is a full time position of approximately 32 - 38 hours per week, with the opportunity to take on FOH supervisory responsibilities for the right person.

About you
Minimum 2–3 years' bartending experience
Confident making classic and contemporary cocktails
Solid wine, spirits and beverage knowledge
Experience in quality restaurants, cocktail bars or premium venues
Comfortable working across both the bar and restaurant floor
Confident communicating with guests
Reliable, organised and calm during busy services
Available evenings and weekends
Current QLD RSA
Previous supervisory experience highly regarded
