About the role The Digital Performance Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales and customer growth through Ringers Western's paid digital marketing, CRM and loyalty channels. This is a highly commercial, outcome-driven role that plays a key part in the overall sales strategy. The role is expected to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and continually identify new ways to improve performance, acquire customers and increase customer value.

Key responsibilities
Own the strategy, performance and growth of Meta and Google advertising
Drive sales, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth through paid channels
Manage budgets and performance against key metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPA and revenue
Continuously test current audiences, creative, platforms, campaigns and strategies
Stay ahead of platform, algorithm and digital marketing developments and quickly adapt the strategy
Identify and pursue recent opportunities to grow paid performance
Partner with Ecommerce, Creative,



Merchandise and Marketing to align paid activity with the broader sales and trading strategy
Own the CRM strategy across email, SMS and customer communications
Manage and optimise Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation and customer journeys
Drive repeat purchases, customer retention and lifetime value
