Job Description
Austin Health is seeking a Nurse Coordinator for the Speciality Clinics.
This newly established, part-time 32-hour role is based onsite between Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital Specialist Clinics and Austin Health Specialist Clinics in Melbourne's north-eastern region.
You will work with medical units and external providers to optimize clinic capacity, prepare patients for appointments, and oversee bookings while analysing Specialty Clinics data to drive improvements.
Part time leadership role based in Moorabbin working 4 days per week.
Lead complex clinical care across community and in-home services.
