This is a hands-on role working with customers in the showroom. You'll be helping people choose the right curtains, blinds, and outdoor solutions for their homes. It's not about hard selling — it's about listening, understanding what they want, and guiding them to the right outcome.
Key responsibilities
Meeting with customers in the showroom
Helping them choose suitable products and styles
Putting together quotes and following them through
Managing orders and keeping things on track
Coordinating installations
Keeping the showroom tidy and well presented
About you
Someone who presents well and takes pride in their work
Good attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers
Organised and able to stay on top of multiple jobs
Reliable and able to work independently
An interest in interiors or home improvement is a bonus
Experience in sales or retail helps, but it's not essential
