About the Role
Step into a rewarding Associate Nurse Unit Manager role where you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership to support quality care and a strong nursing team.
You'll partner with the Nurse Unit Manager to guide daily operations, support staff and help drive consistent, evidence-based practice.
Lead and support nurses across day-to-day clinical care
Promote consistent, high-quality and evidence-based practice
Guide less experienced staff to build confidence and capability
Support rostering, staffing, leave and work allocation
Assist with recruitment, performance and resource management
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold or be eligible for Nursing Board registration
Bring strong experience in the relevant area of nursing practice
Demonstrate effective leadership, supervision and team skills
Apply sound communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Prioritise workloads and deliver quality care with confidence
