Job Description
Enable Project Solutions is seeking a Project Manager early in their career to grow into a senior delivery role over time.
This role involves supporting project delivery across civil, accommodation, water and utilities scopes within a small, senior-led team delivering major infrastructure on remote projects across Australia.
Key responsibilities
Support project delivery across civil, accommodation, water and utilities scopes
Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal team members
Assist with programming, reporting and documentation
Learn project controls, procurement and contract administration from directors with direct site experience
Contribute to business development as capability grows, including client relationships and proposal input
About you
Early career, ideally with 5 years of experience in a trade or project management construction background in Australia




Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Understanding of contract administration and scheduling
Genuine interest in growing into a senior PM role, including a business development mindset
Based in Adelaide
