Diner Group is ramping up for a huge events season kicking off in October through to April next year and beyond. We are looking for experienced Cooks to join our team across festivals, pop-ups and high-volume catering environments.

What You Will Be Doing
Working across fryers, grills, BBQ, souvla and hot plate stations
Cooking in fast-paced, high-volume event settings
Maintaining food safety, labelling and hygiene standards
Plating consistently and professionally
Assisting with training of junior staff

What We Need
Weekend availability
Experience in commercial kitchens or events
Ability to work across multiple stations
Good plating and presentation skills
Rapid, clean, organised style of work
Food handling and hygiene knowledge, ideally with certification
