Redcape Hospitality is looking for a qualified Chef to join the kitchen team at Flagstone Tavern. You’ll work across grill, pans and fryers, delivering consistent food through busy service alongside an experienced Head Chef and energetic kitchen team.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook meals across grill, pans and fryers
Deliver consistent, high-quality meals throughout busy service
Manage your section and keep it clean, organised and service-ready
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Communicate clearly to keep service running smoothly
Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent recognised qualification




Experience as a Chef in a quick-paced commercial kitchen
Confidence working across grill, pans and fryers
Strong organisation and consistent food and presentation standards
Reliable transport to and from Flagstone Tavern
Availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
