Responsibilities
Greet clients, conduct product and treatment consultations, and recommend tailored solutions based on skin concerns and goals.
Actively promote products, packages and memberships to achieve sales targets.
Maintain deep knowledge of skincare, bodycare and aesthetic services; demonstrate and explain product perks and usage.
Manage appointments, handle enquiries, process payments and support reception duties as needed.
Client Follow-up: Contact clients for post-treatment care, promotions and retention initiatives; track client progress and feedback.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year in beauty, skincare consultancy, or salon/aesthetic front-line roles preferred.
Solid sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with skincare products, basic facial treatments or aesthetics is an advantage.
Fluent English and proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese.
Presentable, proactive, target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
