We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director part of the Corporate Development & Origination team. All duties will be assigned via the Director and will primarily encompass tasks supporting the Corporate Development & Origination team. You will be based at our North Ryde location.

Experience:
Extensive international and domestic travel booking experience (highly regarded)
Familiarity with expense reconciliation and policy management
Working knowledge of a rapid-paced and regularly changing workplace
Experience with Concur Expense system advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams in particular)
Skills and attributes sought include but are not limited to:
Previous experience supporting project based roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organised qualified who anticipates needs and enjoys providing support.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
