Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead the HR function for a significant energy infrastructure project located south of Perth.
You'll join early, shape HR processes, and work closely with project leadership to mobilise the workforce.
The role is hands-on across the employee lifecycle, with exposure to ER/IR, recruitment, mobilisation, payroll and training.
No FIFO; Monday to Friday site-based, offering solid career progression.
