About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Teaching Years 11 and 12 Accounting and Finance courses
Delivering engaging Humanities and Social Sciences programs in lower secondary years
Preparing and implementing high-quality teaching, assessment and reporting practices
Supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes, including ATAR pathways
Creating positive, inclusive and safe learning environments




Collaborating with colleagues within the Humanities Learning Area
Building positive partnerships with students, parents and the wider College community
Contributing to the pastoral care and wellbeing of students

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Essential
Relevant teaching qualifications
Current Teacher Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA)
Current Working With Children Check
Demonstrated ability to teach Secondary Accounting and Finance
Knowledge of SCSA curriculum and assessment requirements
Strong classroom management, communication and relationship-building skills

Desirable
Experience teaching WACE Accounting and Finance courses
Experience preparing students for ATAR examinations
Ability to teach within one other curriculum area :Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS)
English
Science
