Teaching and Learning
Construct teaching programs, based on NESA syllabi, that will enable you to:
Effectively adopt RHAC's teaching and learning principles.
Orchestrate engaging lessons that maximise learning for all students in the class.
Effectively teach students with identified needs.
Provide meaningful feedback on the academic work students produce in a way that will help them to improve.
Achieve strong academic results.

Other Responsibilities
Involvement in College activities and events including:
Contributing to the student wellbeing program, extra-curricular activities and camps.
Attending chapel, assemblies and other College activities.
Undertaking rostered playground or supervision duties.
Attending College events, including parent teacher meetings.

The Contract
All teachers at RHAC are employed under the Independent Schools (Teachers) Cooperative Multi Enterprise Agreement **** (CMEA). The CMEA outlines teacher's salaries and their employment rights and responsibilities.
