Build peer programs, guide teams and help shape services that empower consumers and strengthen community connection.
Lead and facilitate peer support groups and programs
Share lived experience to support recovery and wellbeing
Mentor peer staff and support workforce development
Contribute to care plans and service improvement
Build partnerships with teams, consumers and community
About You
You're a lived experience leader passionate about recovery and peer support.
You bring insight, empathy and the ability to connect with consumers, carers and teams to support meaningful outcomes.
Cert IV in Peer Work, Intentional Peer Support or willingness to obtain
Lived experience of mental health and recovery




Experience in peer work and group support settings
Apply recovery, trauma informed and strengths based care
Communicate well and work collaboratively with teams
