You will take the lead on installing, commissioning and maintaining Building Management Systems, and building lasting relationships with clients who trust your expertise.

Job Description
What will you do?
Perform Maintenance, service repairs, fault finding and commissioning of BMS systems.
Identify opportunities for system optimisation and performance enhancements
Work alongside some of the best technicians Australia has to offer
Identify hazards and safety issues
Provide detailed technical scopes and information to support quotes and proposals.
Liaising with work coordinators and management to plan and deliver projects
Provide high level customer service to clients.
Identify opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business




Support the New South Wales BMS team and assist nationallywhere required
Desired Skills and Experience
So, what do we need?
Full ElectricalorRestrictedDisconnect/Reconnect License
Hands on experience with electrical repairs, emergency breakdowns, maintenance, and installations within a commercial space
Niagara Certificationand a thoroughunderstanding of BMS systems software – Niagara (AX and N4)
Experience withEasy IO, DistechorHoneywell WEBSsoftware
Hands on experience as a HVAC technician will also behighlyregarded.
CurrentOHS/WHSConstruction induction card andCurrent Driver's license
Strongtechnology knowledge, fault finding and decision-making skills
Highly developedinterpersonal skills, professional attitude, and outstanding personal presentation.
Curiosity – someone who enjoys autonomy as well as working within a team, and aproactive self-starter
Confidence inquoting small works
Demonstrated ability toproject manageminor works
Proven ability toachieve targetswhile maintainingfocus on quality and safety
Strongverbal and written communication skills
Capabilityto develop and maintain client relationships
